Another thing that happens once you are divorced or widowed is you are left out of a lot of things because you no longer come in a set of 2. So, you don't fit in. Only couples allowed. You are not alone. I sit here day after day, and I have 4 kids. My brother-in-law avoids me like the plague lest I ask for some help. My ex is the only one that helps me, and I don't appreciate him one bit. I'll pay for that someday. I have my loyalties in the wrong place.

I'm sorry you feel you can't afford a place like I'm going to. It's not an expensive one but I think it's going to become expensive in the near future because people are catching on to how nice the lifestyle is.
