After reading so many of Shannon's articles, this is great to read. I feel so bad for all she has gone through. You are after a worthy cause here, and I hope it helps many women by getting the word out. Shannon does a great job, and I admire her for how hard she works to keep us informed. All the best to you. I have been a nurse for over 40 years and had heard of the disease but did not understand it nor know anyone afflicted. Now I believe I did know women like that, but they were just considered "fat."
