Ain't that the truth! Those portions are insane and unless you read that little "portion" tidbit you may have consumed 2,000 calories without realizing it. I used to do this with ice cream until I found a "serving" was 1/2 cup. Seriously? That is 2 bites! Congrats on your eating habits that made it easier to stay under the 1, 700 cals. and the weight loss. You do inspire me.
