All this tragedy is suspicious but I really believe they were accidents. The aneurysm Bruce apparently has was certainly forewarned by his headaches and prior hospitalization. It doesn't seem the pill he took is what killed him.

If I were an actor I'd be very careful if I'm to be shot in a film! Although Halyna was not even the one being shot at. What a shock that was to the whole set.
