Almost every man I know is either rail thin and doesn't have man boobs or is a bit heavier and does have some form of man boobs. I have accepted it as the norm now! However, I do know of some young men and adolescents that have had reduction surgery, and I counted that as a blessing for that age group. Interesting topic for an article!
