Assisted living homes are quite nice but you need to be able to do most of your own ADL or the price goes up. My mom did well but because of her dementia she never wanted a bath or shower. It was pulling teeth to get her in there. My sister and I did it at night. Otherwise the staff was nice. One complaint and they lost the jobs so they were careful.
