Between sitting at a tablet, talking on the phone, and playing video games kids don't get the exercise we got. We played outside all the time. My mom would lock us out of the house when she wanted to clean. And now, every commercial or ad usually features someone heavy set so, Heaven forbid, we don't "fat shame" anyone. I believe the next generation will not live as long as we do because they are so sedentary.
