Call me a cliché but I love retirement. I picked up a part time job that pays me more than my full-time job did and I can so no if they call me, and I don't want the job that day. I also love the 55 and older communities. Not that I'm jealous of the younger crowds but I like going to the pool and knowing I'm not the only one with cellulite and I don't have to watch reminders of my younger self trapsing around in bikinis. I am so free!

I went to bed at 4 AM after finishing a good book and got up at noon. No one knows and no one cares. Perfect! I have so much to do I think going back to my 40-hour work week would be easier.

And I DO NOT feel old. If you feel old because you retired that is on you. My group of retiree friends are happy souls.
