I READ ABOUT IT ALL THE TIME.
Meditation is life-changing.
Meditation breeds contentment.
Meditation will help you unclutter your mind.
Meditation will make you a more well-adjusted person.
I need help to pull it off.
When I try to meditate, the thoughts in my head keep running on and on.
My mind fills with rapid-fire snippets that are all negative!
Past hurts, issues, disappointments……
The more I try to blank out, the more I contemplate all the crap that makes me unhappy.
AND THERE YOU HAVE IT
I have convinced myself that my unhappiness is why I need to meditate. Yet, that's the very thing that holds me back.
