Damian and Demeter these incidents are sad and demeaning for the inmate being hassled but also toxic for the rest of the house. These guards are on a power trip and undoubtedly have been bullies all their lives. You wonder what their families would say if they knew how shitty they are at work. But, then again, I believe their families only hear their side of the story, and the inmates are probably all considered trash, derelicts, and criminals.

But, what can be done?
