Exactly. He does not apologize or see what he is doing wrong. He makes excuses and tells me his reasoning, which I listen to. But then I explain what the problem is. He did it to his son the other day, and I jumped in and asked him many questions about his business and what he was telling his dad. That boy lit up like a Christmas tree and told me all about it. He seemed thrilled to have a conversation instead of talking, then silence, then his dad bringing up something from his childhood about a farm? I don't know. It did not fit into the conversation in any way. His son is used to it, but now he will see that he can at least have a voice around me.
