Felons might be able to get a passport, but they are banned from several countries and cannot vote. Or is that garbage I read? I was sure it was written in the Constitution that a felon cannot be president, so I wonder. It's such common sense I never looked! I don't think Charlie Manson can get parole; otherwise, he'd probably be running as vice president.
