Finding a way to feel good by group therapy is a big step. I’m curious what you do? Talk about your lives? How do you lift each other up? Do you have assignments or do you you have to talk at all? Why does this make you feel good? Are some of the group forced to participate by law? My ex had to IOP after 3 DUIs and resented it. Do all of you want to be there? I’m sorry for all these questions but I think we all want to improve our mental health and for me one on one with a counselor isn’t working that well. Could a group help me more? I’m sure you’ll address all this in further articles. I admire that you can tell your story and want you to know it’s helping me and probably many of us find our way.
