But, they were usually doing something for me that I couldn’t do myself and figured I’d pay them without using money. Ugh… I hate that. My contempt must ooze out of me but they are too dumb to see it.
As for your friend, the first thing I would say would be , “ You think your husband would do something like that?” In the most shocked voice I could muster. Then let her take it from there. Maybe he HAS done that.
