Great, contemplative article. This speaks to me, Lucy because I think of all the hell Chuck has brought into his life is God showing me to get out and run. But then I think, why would God not want Chuck to have a nice life, too? Maybe because he set out to lie and cheat me? Does God love me so much that when He saw I was going to go back, He wrought suffering on the liar and had mercy on the victim? It can be very confusing, but I choose to believe God has had my back all along (He gave me you and your great advice) and too bad for Chuck who did not listen to God and hurt other believers, and now he pays for it. Am I a horrible person? I will know on Judgement Day. In the meantime, my faith in God is steadfast.
