Hey, Iva. I felt my best when fasting on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Then I let it go, and I feel like crap again. Sitting at the laptop, I want food and more food, so I've gained weight. It's all Medium's fault. I tried a few weeks ago to start again and did not make it. I think I could do it every Monday to get started. I may try tomorrow. Good for you, and thanks for the info. I suck at Keto.
