Hey Lu, Hubs, and Frosty. My dog succumbed to CHF and she was only 8. The vet aspirated a large amount of fluid out of her lung area at once. Then she quietly passed. I know as a nurse that removing too much fluid at once from humans can be fatal. Please be sure your vet is cautious if he plans to remove any fluid from Frosty's chest or abdomen. Not to scare you. Just as a precaution. 💞
