Hi Carole. I'm on the opposite end. I'm waiting for my new place to be ready so I can put my condo up for sale. I hate to say this but I need the market to stay up! Just until I sell. I've been here less than 2 years and I want my down payment back at least.

It's a great place and also big but I have a feeling it's not in the area you are looking.
