Hi Pam. (I’m still alive and doing well but have not had time to write. I’ll be back! I love your writing 😊) that’s atrocious decision making to remove such a necessary med like that. The nurse would have to speak to your MIL’s doctor before cutting the med off so she/he must have given that doc some believable reasons. It’s scary to know how the elderly are treated in the USA while realizing we are on the same path. Let’s hope our spouses and children (many do not have either) will keep an eye on things like your husband did. You really do become “helpless” when you’re older. I dread it 😕
