Hi Carole. Yes I have had counseling and doubt he can have a real relationship until he gets sober for a few years. We divorced in 2016 and he’s had 3 more DUIs after that so he’s never made it to 2 years. I think the girlfriend is one of those women who wants to “save” a man so he’s got the right woman. I just miss our past and what we had. Alcohol stole love and happiness right out from under us. I have an ungodly soul tie to him and I need to conquer that. HELP!!!
