Hi Ruth. I feel I'm getting in at a good time too. My condo will sell for higher than I ever imagined so I'll have that profit and unless I live to be 90 my kids will still get a nice inheritance. Here's a link to a similar place as I am going but not the one I'm using. It just describes the way they work. They don't take all your money as some people think. Not at all!
