Hi Ted I'm not moving in with a bunch of old people. These people are my age and enjoy way more activities and socialize much more. I need that. I haven't left my condo for 3 days now!

The perk for me is totally maintenance free living. No plumbing, electrical, appliance issues to deal with. It's all taken care of.
