Hi. You have 7 years in which you can get a refund of your buy-in on a sliding scale. You can move whenever you want. If you move within a year I think you get 80% of your buy-in back. I considered I may get married again and move. You have the freedom.

There are 108 homes in this community. Chances are you will click with someone. I'm sure they don't all become besties. I know I won't. It appears it kind of goes by age. Those 80 and older hang out. Us younger folks do the dances and cards, etc. I am reclusive at times especially when I'm working on Medium. I can go days without leaving the house. No one will bother me. Or, I can go out every day and do things. It's very lax and free or I would not be going there.
