Humorous. This could be just the sound that puts that neighbor a few floors down right out the window and splats on the courtyard floor. I had a baby crying in a restaurant yesterday at the next table and I could not eat. The poor kid just wanted the hell out of there, but mum and dad decided to finish their triple cheeseburgers and double orders of fries first while the rest of us begged to be relocated. Barking dogs and crying babies are two things that trigger human emotions so that if we can't help, we lose our frigging minds! And it is not the baby's fault.
