I agree. My 3 daughter's father rarely had them. He lived with his mom so they got to spend the weekend with grandma if said they could come over. He was always out with the guys. Just like when we were married. Then a couple times a year he would splurge on some fun event that cost a lot of money and I couldn't afford. He copped out on child support a lot, too.

When he died one of my daughters made a little shrine in her living room with pictures of her and him. Not one picture of her and me in her whole house. And I was always there for her. At games, events, concerts, all school functions, and teacher conferences.

Sorry about the rant.

I wonder if her kids "adore" their dad?
