I am so glad I found you Gabriel. Your writing is amazing.This (dementor) happened to me a few weeks ago. I spent those weeks disbelieving the reality of it. Today I got the package with everything in it we had shared. Your description of the demise of a long-term relationship is spot on and I will probably cry the rest of the night. But that is a necessary part of the process of “letting it go” and “moving on”. Two phrases that I am pretty damn tired of hearing.
