I am such a sugar addict and I don’t even try to control it. I wonder how much better I would feel if I could cut my consumption in half….. and I’d still probably be eating way more sugar than I should. I’ll need to read these articles over and over and over…..
Thanks for a reminder though. Two things I wanted in 2022. Less sugar and more sleep.
