I am taking the blame so as not to hurt my son and his wife. I believe my niece will say I told her they were saving for a down payment on a house. She interpreted this as not inviting them. To go to her wedding will cost them at least $5-600. I am waiting to hear what he says about that. If he doesn't feel bad I will drop it but I won't forget. Regardless of the down payment thing she still should have invited them.
