I am trying to get my son to look into some of the down payment assistance programs around here, and I'm getting tired of him telling me I'm a Boomer and have no idea how bad it is out there to buy a home. He puts no effort into it. Get a pre-approval. Work with a realtor. Anything. It's disappointing.
