I can't think of any fish in my area that I could eat twice a day, but I think I could sub chicken breast. The thing is I weighed 15 pounds less a year ago and ate my way back up to where I am now (which isn't fat at all, but I want to be on the thin side to wear my favorite clothes). I am going to give this a try, along with my intermittent fasting. I can't keep this diet up, but I can continue intermittent fasting after I lose 10 pounds. It must feel good to drop those pounds, and ironically, I was just thinking of Matthew the other day and wondering how he lost all that weight for that movie! I'm glad I saw your article!
