I Donated Plasma Again Today, and It Was a Breeze

Today, I donated plasma for the second time in 3 days.

I drank at least 2 gallons of water yesterday and today.

It took 37 minutes, and I had no side effects.

No caffeine and no alcohol for three days.

Courtesy of a visiting friend who took me out for lunch, I had Portofino mushroom ravioli with spinach sauce and a garden salad before my donation.

You are supposed to eat a good meal before you go to donate.

I followed all the rules and breezed through the whole process.

I also had A Bump In The Road by Mike Caprio as reading material to pass the time. (Great book)

Thanks to everyone who gave me their advice about donating a second time after my bad experience two days ago.
