I feel the same. My daughter told me yesterday that her stepdaughter who is 23 and just finished her master's degree wants to have a baby next year. I asked why? Shouldn't she set up her practice, get settled after college, maybe even get married??? I want to say terrible things to discourage her. I don't mean to say I wish I never had children. I just wish I had been more prepared for the total sacrifice you make when you have them. I think the girl should live a little more. But, one thing I've learned...keep your big mouth shut Klara!!

Did you teach elementary, high school, or other? I would not want to be a teacher now just like I never want to work as a nurse again!
