I got scammed but not on my laptop. It was a guy I hired from FB to do my bathroom floors. At the time it seemed totally sensible. After I realized the scam, I was also traumatized. It cost me a lot of money and I KNOW BETTER. Nothing like feeling like a fool to ruin your day. You did well to have the Geek Squad. Smart lady!
