I guess my solution is moving to this community and hoping to engage in more activities and socialization. So, I can climb out of that fetal position I find myself in and get my life back. Believe it or not, last August I thought I had it all. I was healthy, dating a great (I thought) guy, going out with friends, and getting sunshine and exercise. I played a little tennis after not playing for a long time and tore my meniscus. It hurt until I couldn't stand it. I finally had surgery in October. But it didn't heal. Turns out I developed a fracture in my femur in my knee. That took until the end of January to heal. In the meantime, I was told I now needed my knee replaced, the guy tells me he'd had a girlfriend for 2 years (but still wanted to date me🤮), I couldn't walk and exercise, gained weight, winter came, my move is held up, and I suddenly feel 95 years old and very alone. I started to write. It's helping me vent.

Nice to discover your writing.

I write about my experiences in life. Some mundane, some sad, some funny, and hopefully none boring!
