I had a brand new dehumidifier I left at my condo for the buyers since I didn't have a basement here. I am concerned about mold or smell. It seeped into every crevice plus under and into my dressers in my bedroom. I have one that sits flat on the floor. Time will tell. How do I explain it a week later to insurance?
