I had no idea the pool I'd be jumping into when I left my husband. I just knew he couldn't love me much after what he did, and I needed to love and be loved. I pray and believe God will take care of me. Since I turned 18, I had a partner for all but three years of my life. Until a year ago, I really thought my ex and I would reconcile, so I didn't try too hard to find someone else. I'm still not used to being alone, but I will stay alone unless the right guy comes along. I'm not jumping into anything that will break my heart again.
