I had to suffer until 7th grade with hairy legs. In our family we had to ask our father if we could shave our legs! My 3 girls just shaved when they felt like it! Dad said no, not until 7th grade, nor could I wear nylons until I asked my dad and finally he said yes! My 2 sisters and I were not exactly raised as strong women but as women who had to ask a man’s permission to grow up. We turned out ok though.
