I Hate to Say It, But My Word to Describe 2022 Is a Bummer
It was one disappointment after another
My word to describe 2022 would be DISAPPOINTING.
I’m not sure where it originated, but there is a prompt to describe 2022 in one word. Iva Ursano used the word SHOCKING. She has many things to prove her point about 2022, so the word she chose is appropriate.
Last Christmas we had our family celebration at my exes house. One daughter and her family never showed up. Another daughter was missing.
She dwelled in the world of drug addiction, so her missing was worrisome.
The day after Christmas, we formed a posse to try and find her. Eventually, she called from Intensive Care at a hospital in downtown Cleveland. She was a mess with heart failure, septic with MRSA (Methicillin Resistant Staph Aureus), and could not walk after several surgeries to remove infected abscesses from her spine.
