I have about $2000 left and I have to use it all before I move in. I'm getting window treatments on 2 large windows that face south with a ton of sun exposure. Only because I had my meltdown at Thanksgiving. Normally this is not an allowable upgrade. Why? No idea.

Anyway, the sales rep for the condos said I didn't have to use all the money. Is that not the dumbest statement ever? I'm gong to leave free money laying on the table? Crazy!
