I have been a nurse for over 40 years, too. My friend is starting a palliative care center, and I hope to get a job there for the winter. The garden center is only seasonal, plus I will make a lot more money. I will admit when I retired I was burned out of nursing since not doing bedside care. I was in case management and it was boring and too many computer programs.
