I have considered this but faced the fact that my ex is not only gone, but he chose another woman over me, stabbed me in the back, and truly made me look a fool. My biggest problem was regaining my self-esteem and claiming my worth back. As soon as that happened, I felt healed. I know he is gone forever, no matter what. It will be a year soon. He could come back and beg, but I will not forget what he callously did. He has lost a lot in his poor decisions, including his family and his freedom, as he's on parole with no driver's license for five years. Is that the guy I want around? Hell, no. I will be alone forever over that life. I deserve so much more. This is stuff that came to light just before I was introduced to this other guy who may or may not be the right man for me. TBD.
