I have left in small increments like 2-3 days. That has not hurt me too much.

I think if you left Medium for the reasons you stated, and all of us who love you knew where you went, we would hold your space open and welcome you back when you returned. You can only do so much at a time, Carole, and house renovating and writing a novel are huge time sucks. Give yourself a break. Just tell us before you go so we know you didn't die or anything! 🥰
