I have one daughter that always gets mad at me for dumb things. Like right now she's not speaking to me. We just spent New Year's Eve together just the 2 of us. I babysat her dog last weekend while she and her husband went away for their anniversary, I gave them $100 for their anniversary and her $50 for her birthday because they were close and they could use the money where they were going. She went to Florida with me at Thanksgiving. In other words, I think we are close but I'm fooling myself.

I'm always walking on eggs with her and I stepped on one last week. She never wants to talk anything out. She says I hold grudges! It's just the opposite, but she can't be convinced of that. My other 3 kids don't act like that. We just get it off our chests and move on. That girl!😕
