I have terrible insomnia, no matter when I get up or how much work I do. I have always been a night owl, so I am not on most people's schedules, and it's always been hard to adapt. I have prescription sleeping pills, but I take them very carefully. I am guilty of being on my laptop late at night. Usually, I wear the blue light glasses. Lots of helpful ideas here.
