I have yet to find a niche. I had so many experiences as a nurse but putting them into words is hard!

You bring out some good points and these workshops are right. Do it the way Medium likes it and you will be successful.

But bottom line, format and perfect grammar does not make a story interesting. My attention and interest must be held.
