I hear you, Carole. I would always think if you had a spouse you won’t ever be lonely but in the end all of us are alone……thus often lonely. You know… come into the world alone, leave the world alone. But you have some good ideas for beating loneliness. I hope kayaking is a blast! I’ve read where having something to look forward to helps with loneliness.
