I know it’s not the same because I am divorced but my husband and I were together 29 years and when we planned to remarry we decided we were going to count all the years from our first marriage in 1987. It sounded so good. 35 years. Now, maybe I will start over and maybe I won’t if I ever remarry. But I’ll never have another marriage over 29 years. And divorced or not it saddens me. We planned to be together until death do us part. I’m really happy for you that you were able to find 2 loves. I had one and feel like I’ll never have another.
