I know it’s terribly frustrating looking for a house. My son and daughter in law want to buy so badly but can’t find an affordable home and I can’t afford to give them money for a down payment. It makes me sad. They hate their apartment and I never lived in one. I’ve always had a home. At least your boy can get a loan. You’ll find a place but it may take over a year or getting a fixer upper…. That’s a good show, too
