I know my diabetic daughter's PCP. I asked if I could go with her to see him because I believe an insulin pump could save her life. Her blood sugars run in the 300s normally! OMG. You would have thought I was asking to do a pelvic exam on her with a speculum in the public square! My kids are so afraid of my input. I don't know if it's because they don't trust me or the status between my ex and me. But I can't even help to save her life??!! And, I am healthy.
