I left my ex because of his drinking but to this day it’s still “ all my fault” I broke up our family. Alcoholics don’t see the damage they cause to their partners heart and all the family. AA teaches them to take responsibility but I’ve yet to get a letter or call apologizing for the hell he put me through. He made amends to everyone else.
